Spine-health.com receives 2007 Medical Standard of Excellence Award

Spine-health.com, the leading health information website for consumers with back pain and other chronic pain, was awarded the Medical Standard of Excellence Award by the Web Marketing Association in the 2007 WebAwards competition.
More than 2,400 websites from 40 countries participated in the 2007 WebAwards competition across 96 industry categories. Spine-health.com competed in the Medical Website category and was selected alongside other winning entries including the CDC and Mayo Clinic websites. The websites were evaluated according to seven key criteria: content, copywriting, interactivity, technology, innovation, ease of use and design.
Spine-health.com was recognized in particular for its excellence in health content, with judges emphasizing the site’s content depth and freshness. Spine-health.com also received high marks for the interactive nature of the site, including the vast support network created by its popular forums.
About the WebAwards: The WebAwards is an annual competition held by the Web Marketing Association, Inc., an independent organization founded to evaluate and recognize the best websites on the Web. Judges include nationally recognized Internet marketing, online advertising, PR, and top web site design professionals. Now in its 11th year, the WebAwards is the premier annual website award competition.
